At Adult Medicine Concierge, exceptional care extends far beyond the exam room — and no one embodies that philosophy more fully than Jan Smith, our Concierge Specialist and Office Manager. Jan is widely regarded as one of our practice’s greatest assets and a defining reason why members feel so deeply supported.

With a career in healthcare spanning more than four decades, Jan has dedicated herself to guiding patients through the often complex and fragmented healthcare system. Since joining our practice in 2011, she has served as the trusted point person behind the scenes — coordinating specialist appointments, managing logistics, facilitating communication, and ensuring continuity of care with precision and compassion.

For our members, Jan is more than a coordinator — she is an advocate. Available when patients need her, she handles the heavy lifting of navigating referrals, follow-ups, and scheduling so that members can focus on their health, not the stress of the system. Patients consistently express how reassuring it is to know they have someone knowledgeable, responsive, and deeply invested in their care journey.

Jan believes that no two patients are alike, and that truly excellent care must be personalized. This philosophy guides every interaction she has and aligns seamlessly with the concierge model at Adult Medicine Concierge, where time, access, and individualized attention matter.

Jan considers it both an honor and a privilege to serve our members, and she takes great pride in helping them achieve the best possible health outcomes through seamless coordination and heartfelt support.

Outside the office, Jan and her husband, Tim, have called Jupiter, Florida home since 1985. They are proud parents of two adult children, Sarah and Kyle, and share their lives with four beloved dogs. In her free time, Jan enjoys being on the water boating and snorkeling, spending time at the beach, shopping, and making memories with family.

Originally from Massachusetts, Ginette moved to Florida in 2020 and has been making an impact in primary care ever since. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Anselm College in 2004 and spent six years as an oncology nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Driven by a passion for prevention and wellness, she pursued her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, in 2010, and has worked as a primary care nurse practitioner ever since.

Ginette is affiliated with the ACO and AANP and is actively involved in her local community. In her free time, she enjoys reading, drawing, staying active outdoors, and spending quality time with her husband and two children, taking advantage of all the wonderful outdoor activities Florida has to offer. While she misses the vibrant colors of autumn in Massachusetts, she loves Florida's year-round outdoor lifestyle.

Ginette finds immense satisfaction in working closely with patients to help them achieve their health goals and values the special rapport she has with each of her patients at Adult Medicine Concierge.

Vanessa Crespo has been a valued Medical Assistant at Adult Medicine Concierge since 2016, bringing over a decade of experience in the medical field. She earned her associate degree in medical assisting from Keiser University, giving her a strong foundation in patient care and medical practices.

Vanessa finds great fulfillment in her role, where she can be personable with patients and help them feel better. She loves the family atmosphere at Adult Medicine Concierge, where coming to work feels like being among loved ones.

Outside of work, Vanessa is the proud mother of two boys, AJ and Adriano, who share her love of sports, particularly football and basketball. One of their favorite family adventures is taking road trips, with Savannah, GA, and the Carolinas being among their top destinations. Creating lasting memories through travel and sports with her children brings her the greatest joy.

Vanessa’s extensive experience, compassionate care, and dedication to excellence make her an integral part of the team, enhancing the patient experience at Adult Medicine Concierge.

Jamie Lopez, MS, RDN, CDN of Jamie Lopez Nutrition & Wellness is a registered dietitian nutritionist and nutrition educator.

Jamie earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Florida State University in 2014, and her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University in 2017. Before joining Adult Medicine Concierge, Jamie worked at God’s Love We Deliver in New York City, where she provided comprehensive medical nutrition therapy for clients diagnosed with cancer, diabetes, kidney disease, and many other life-changing medical conditions.

An anti-diet dietitian, Jamie believes in providing nutrition education using a non-diet, patient-centered, weight-inclusive approach. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and hiking.

Affectionately known as Rae, Raishmi Partap has been a dedicated Medical Assistant with Dr. Irma Lopez since 2005. Rae plays a vital role at Adult Medicine Concierge, expertly managing both front- and back-office responsibilities to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care. She earned her Medical Assistant degree from New England Tech in 2005, providing her with the skills and expertise to excel in her position.

Originally from Trinidad in the West Indies, Rae moved to the United States with her parents when she was just four years old. In 2019, she married her husband, Haimant, and enjoys spending her free time traveling, shopping, and cherishing moments with family and friends.

Rae loves the work environment at Adult Medicine Concierge, where her co-workers and the positive energy make each day rewarding. Her favorite aspect of patient care is knowing she’s making a difference by helping people, which fuels her passion for her work.

Rae’s dedication to patient care, warm personality, and professional expertise make her an invaluable part of the team at Adult Medicine Concierge.

Robin Ingrum is a Medical Assistant and is a new member of the Adult Medicine Concierge Team, for most of her career she has worked in the corporate sector as an Executive Assistant but then transitioned to the medical field where she has obtained her license as a Medical Assistant. Robin brings over thirteen years of medical experience and knowledge from working in a top-ranked specialty hospital, urgent care center and doctor offices. Robin is a compassionate person and enjoys for working in internal medicine where she is focused solely on personalized patient care and meeting the needs of patients in every aspect.

Robin is married, has two young adult children, enjoys being a wife and mom, and spending time with her family, she also enjoys volunteering in her community, reading, traveling, shopping and gardening.
