Meet Irma V. Lopez, MD
Dr. Irma Lopez is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has been treating patients throughout Palm Beach County since 1997. Her broad range of training and experience makes her uniquely qualified to address the many needs of her patients.
Dr. Lopez studied at the University of Havana Medical School and received her medical degree from the Eugenio Maria de Hostos University in the Dominican Republic, where she graduated magna cum laude. She went on to complete her internship and internal medicine residency training at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.
She is affiliated with Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, and Jupiter Medical Center, where she also served on the hospital’s board of directors. Dr. Lopez is a founding member of the Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization and served on its Board of Directors as Chair of the Finance Committee.
Dr. Lopez is committed to improving the delivery of superior healthcare for her patients and the larger community in which she lives and works. Dr. Lopez is a valued asset in north Palm Beach County and has been honored with a Physician’s Recognition Award with Commendation from the American Medical Association.
Dr. Lopez is fluent in English and Spanish.

Charitable Work
Dr. Lopez and her husband, Miguel, have a passion for helping make a difference in the world. The couple have been making regular volunteer trips to western Kenya since 2015. She has served on the medical team for Kenya Relief, a nonprofit that operates a 60-acre campus in Africa, including a medical/surgical clinic, orphanage, and school. They have two adult daughters, Jessica and Jamie. Irma enjoys traveling, hiking, and cooking with her family.
Meet Elizabeth M. Valdés, DO
Dr. Elizabeth M. Valdés is a dedicated physician with a passion for preventive care and holistic medicine. Her approach integrates lifestyle medicine into her practice, emphasizing the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and promoting overall well-being through nutrition and mental health care.
Dr. Valdés earned her bachelor of science in biology from the University of Florida before going on to earn her doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Auburn, Alabama. She then completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Miami and the HCA Florida JFK Hospital.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Valdés enjoys cooking, staying active, and spending time with her future husband and their beloved dog, Maggie. Now joining Adult Medicine Concierge, she is thrilled to bring her personalized, high-quality care to the community.
Dr. Valdés is fluent in English and Spanish and is now accepting new patients.

Meet the Entire Adult Medicine Concierge Team
Ginette is an experienced primary care Nurse Practitioner who is originally from Massachusetts and moved to Florida in 2020.
She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from Saint Anselm College in 2004 and worked for six years as an oncology nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. Wanting to be more
involved in prevention and wellness, she attended the University of Massachusetts in Boston and received her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2010. Ginette has been working as a primary care nurse practitioner ever since.
In her leisure time, Ginette enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, staying active and spending time outside enjoying all that Florida has to offer.
Jamie Lopez, MS, RDN, CDN of Jamie Lopez Nutrition & Wellness is a registered dietitian nutritionist and nutrition educator.
Jamie earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Florida State University in 2014, and her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University in 2017. Before joining Adult Medicine Concierge, Jamie worked at God’s Love We Deliver in New York City, where she provided comprehensive medical nutrition therapy for clients diagnosed with cancer, diabetes, kidney disease, and many other life-changing medical conditions.
An anti-diet dietitian, Jamie believes in providing nutrition education using a non-diet, patient-centered, weight-inclusive approach. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and hiking.

Jan Smith has worked in the medical field since 1980. Through the years, she has managed several positions. She is currently our office manager and membership coordinator. She joined our team in 2011.
Jan’s goal is to help provide efficient and compassionate care for all our patients. She believes every person is unique and deserves care tailored to their precise needs – which is why it’s been an honor and privilege for her to serve the members of Adult Medicine Concierge, where they can truly get the best care possible.
Jan and her husband, Tim, have two adult children, Sarah and Kyle, as well as two dogs and a cat. They have lived in Jupiter, Florida, since 1985. When she’s not working, Jan enjoys going to the beach, boating, snorkeling, playing with her dogs, shopping, and spending time with her family.
Darlene Walsh has worked in the field of medicine since she was 15 years old. She has performed many different roles, including front desk, insurance, and as a Medical Assistant. She is currently Dr. Lopez’s medical secretary. Darlene first worked for Dr. Lopez in 1997, when the doctor’s practice opened. Darlene later retired and has returned to our office on a part-time basis.
Darlene graduated from Cardinal Newman High School in West Palm Beach, Florida, in 1974.
Darlene and her husband Bob have been married 47 years and have three adult children and five grandchildren. Outside of work, Darlene loves to play pickleball, work out at the gym, and watch her grandchildren play sports.
Raishmi Partap – best known as Rae – is a Medical Assistant who has been working with Dr. Irma Lopez since 2005. Rae assists with both front- and back-office duties, and she loves assisting Adult Medicine Concierge patients.
Rae received her Medical Assistant degree from New England Tech in 2005.
Rae was born in Trinidad in the West Indies and came to the U.S. with her parents when she was just 4 years old. She got married in 2019, and she and her husband have a black lab mix. When she’s not working, Rae enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
Vanessa Crespo is a Medical Assistant who has been working at Adult Medicine Concierge since 2016. She has more than a decade of experience in the medical field. Vanessa received her associate degree in medical assisting from Keiser University. She derives a lot of pleasure from helping and caring about Adult Medicine Concierge patients.
Vanessa is the mother of two boys, who are her world. In her spare time, she enjoys playing sports and traveling with her children.
Originally from Cuba, I pursued my dream of becoming a doctor and practiced for some time in Cuba. However, life lead me to Canada where I embraced new opportunities For the last two years I found a place as a Medical Assistant at Adult Medicine Center. Beyond my medical journey, the beach is my sanctuary. I enjoy spending time outdoors. I am a devoted mother of two wonderful kids. My mission is to make a positive impact in people’s lives through compassionate care.
